THAMANI (thamanie.com) is operated by Fosia Ltd, a company registered in Rwanda (TIN 122245701). This page describes what we actually collect on THAMANI, why, how long we keep it, and how you can access, correct or delete it. It is written in plain language to match what the product really does — not a generic template — but it is not a substitute for independent legal advice.

What we collect, and why
Account basics (name, phone, email, country) to run your account and let you log in across devices. Chat messages and any images you attach, to answer you (they are not used to train any model) — images are re-encoded from their pixels on upload (removing embedded location/EXIF data and any hidden payload) and never analysed to identify a person by their face. Player data a scout, agent or club chooses to submit (name, date of birth, position, club, stats, documents) to build and value a profile. Payment records (amount, method, status) when you buy credits via mobile money — THAMANI never stores your mobile money PIN or card details; PawaPay processes the payment itself. Short, visitor-controlled memory (e.g. "looks for U20 strikers in Ghana") to make THAMANI more useful across conversations — on by default, never contact details or codes, always visible, deletable one fact at a time or entirely, and you can switch it off in Settings (which deletes what was kept).
Minors
THAMANI does not publicly list minors. A player profile for someone under 18 stays hidden from non-professional users until a guardian's consent is recorded, and importing public player data from external sources excludes anyone whose known age is under 18. Public player data we did not receive from you
To describe African football (leagues, clubs, stadiums) THAMANI imports public-domain data from Wikidata. It may also hold a short list of adult professional players from that source (name, date of birth, position, last known club, national team) — kept for internal review only: it is not shown to users or used by the chat, never includes photos or contact details, and never includes anyone under 18. If you are one of these players, or represent one, email infos@fosiarw.com and we remove the record at once; a removed player is never imported again.
Identity protection
A player's real name and photo are masked from everyone except the person who submitted the profile and their organisation, even once a valuation is visible to others. Anyone else must request access, and you can see and decide every such request that concerns a profile you control.
How long we keep things
Chat images: 30 days after upload, or 1 day if never sent in a message. Visitor memory: kept until you delete it or switch it off (deleting removes it immediately). Account and player records: kept while your account is active, or as needed to meet a legal, tax or dispute-resolution obligation.
Who else sees it
Service providers acting on our instructions only: PawaPay (mobile money payments), Resend (transactional email), Anthropic (the AI model that powers THAMANI's chat — it processes your messages and images to answer you, under its own API data-handling terms), and our hosting/video providers. We do not sell your data to anyone.
Your rights
Ask what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it — email infos@fosiarw.com. Visitor memory and saved searches you can already manage yourself, without asking, in Settings.
Cookies
THAMANI uses a small number of functional cookies (your language choice, your session) — no third-party advertising trackers.
