Every claim below maps to something actually built or explicitly planned — never just marketing language about a player's worth or a profile's legitimacy.
A profile only becomes 'verified' after two different people independently approve it — and the person who submitted a profile cannot be one of the two. This isn't a rule THAMANI follows; it's enforced by the database itself, the same way for every profile, with no override path for anyone, including THAMANI's own team.
Many scouted prospects are under 18. Guardian consent is captured directly on a player's record, and a profile without it stays usable for authorised professional evaluation but is excluded from public/fan-facing display.
Ask who verified a player and THAMANI shows every verification round, every individual decision, and exactly when it happened — not just a green checkmark. That transparency is available to anyone doing due diligence, not held back as an upsell.
The direction is that player identity — name, photo — stays protected by default across the platform, revealed only after an explicit access grant, the same stronger standard already applied to minors. This is designed but not yet built for every player; THAMANI will say so plainly if asked before it ships.
African football talent data has a real, recent credibility problem elsewhere in the market — unverified claims that turned out not to hold up. THAMANI's answer isn't a promise to do better; it's that the two-verifier rule above runs at the database level, where no conversational shortcut, admin panel, or persuasive request can skip it.
