THAMANI (thamanie.com, operated by Fosia Ltd, Rwanda, TIN 122245701) works with data about young athletes, some of them minors. This page describes the rules enforced on the platform — most of them at the database level, not just as a promise in a document. No public listing of minors
A player profile for someone under 18 is never visible to the general public or to non-professional users. It becomes visible only to professional roles (scouts, clubs, agents, buyers acting in that capacity) once a guardian's consent is recorded — and stays hidden until then, enforced by the platform itself, not left to a reviewer's judgement each time.
Adults only from external sources
When THAMANI imports public football data (leagues, clubs, players) from outside sources, anyone whose known date of birth would make them a minor today is excluded automatically before the data ever reaches the platform — not filtered afterward.
Never identified by face
THAMANI's AI never attempts to identify a real person — adult or minor — from a photo or video by their face or physical appearance, even if asked directly. It only reads what's actually printed or visible (a name on a shirt, a caption) and says plainly when it can't recognise someone.
Identity stays masked
A player's real name and photo are hidden from everyone except the person who submitted the profile and their organisation. Anyone else — including a buyer who can already see a valuation — must make a specific request, which the submitter can see and decide on. This applies to minors and adults alike, but matters most for minors.
Guardian consent, recorded and required
For a minor's profile to be shown to anyone beyond its submitter, a guardian's consent must be explicitly recorded, with notes on how it was obtained. No consent recorded means no visibility, full stop.
Right to be removed
A minor, their guardian, or anyone with a legitimate concern can ask for a profile to be removed at infos@fosiarw.com. For data imported from public sources, removal is permanent — a later re-import will not add the person back.
Sporting facts only
Imported public data about players is limited to sporting facts (position, club history, age) — never a photo, never contact details, and never presented as "verified", which is a status THAMANI reserves for profiles that went through its own two-verifier process.
Staff access
Only THAMANI's own admin team can see the full detail behind a safeguarding decision (guardian consent notes, removal requests), and every access and change is written to an audit log.
