These terms govern your use of THAMANI (thamanie.com), operated by Fosia Ltd, a company registered in Rwanda (TIN 122245701). By creating an account or using THAMANI you agree to them. Questions: infos@fosiarw.com.
Who can use THAMANI
You must be able to form a binding agreement to use THAMANI directly. A player's own profile is created by a scout, agent, club or the player themselves once eligible; anyone under 18 is represented on the platform only through an adult (a guardian or their club/academy), never as the account holder.
Your account
Keep your login details (phone/email) accurate and confidential. You're responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at infos@fosiarw.com if you believe it's been compromised.
Data you submit
When you submit a player profile, statistics, documents or a video, you confirm you have the right to share that information and that it's accurate to your knowledge. THAMANI does not verify facts on your behalf beyond its own verification process (two independent verifiers) — a 'verified' status means that process was followed, not that THAMANI guarantees every detail.
Valuations
A valuation is a computed estimate — a range with a confidence level based on the data actually available — not an offer, a guarantee of a transfer fee, or professional financial advice.
Credits and payments
Certain actions (like unlocking a player's identity or a printable dossier) cost credits, shown and confirmed before you spend them. Credits are purchased via mobile money through PawaPay; THAMANI does not store your payment credentials. If an identity-access request you paid for is refused, the credits are refunded automatically. Credits have no cash value and aren't redeemable outside THAMANI.
Acceptable use
Don't submit a player's data without a legitimate basis to represent or scout them, don't attempt to identify a masked player's real identity outside the platform's own access-request process, don't submit false statistics or documents, and don't use THAMANI to harass, discriminate against, or endanger anyone — including by attempting to identify a minor outside the safeguarding rules described in our Safeguarding Policy.
Availability
THAMANI is provided "as is". We aim for it to be reliably available but don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and features described as not yet connected (shown in-product) aren't relied upon as working.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Rwandan law, Fosia Ltd is not liable for decisions made based on a valuation, statistics or a profile on THAMANI — these are tools to inform a human decision, not to replace one.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Rwanda. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Rwanda.
Changes
We'll update the date at the top of this page when these terms change materially.
